Wine of the Week!

Kenwood 2005     Wine Events
Sauvignon Blanc
  $12kenwood sauvignon blanc

If there's one wine with a truly multiple personality it’s Sauvignon Blanc!  And we’re here with our Wine of the Week pick for you, Kenwood 2005 Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County.

The key to really enjoying Sauvignon Blanc is finding the style you like.  Most have zesty acidity and are a bit fruity on the taste.  This one has a fresh and lively taste.  Its pale, greenish yellow color is the first hint that this wine will be bright and crisp.

That freshness, along with its citrusy flavor, makes it the ideal "starter" wine for a meal that can lead the way for more full-bodied wines to follow.

The Kenwood Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most adaptable and friendly food wines and can fit almost any mood or menu.  It’s perfect for summer salads and delicious with sea foods and chicken dishes too.

The Kenwood 2005 Sauvignon Blanc is about twelve dollars a bottle…another great reason it’s the Wine of the Week here at The Wine Experience.

Find it and…

Notes on our Wines of the Week, Recommendations, and Picks:

When you read our thoughts, please remember that you may think differently.  A particular wine may be your favorite and not on our list.  Well, don't stop buying it because of that.  In fact, you may want to email us and let us know about it. These are our opinions but our FIRST recommendation is to go by your own palate.

A couple of other thoughts...first, prices are approximate.  They'll vary.  Second, different vintages mean different grapes and different tastes so our recommendation for a 2000 Merlot may not hold for 2001.

And lastly, we remind you to drink responsibly!  Now, all that said, here is a summary of  links to our suggestions.  Find one (or more) and pop the cork!
